FLAGS (Fostering Learning, Achievement, and Graduation Success)
FLAGS is managed by both university and campus stakeholders through:
- The FLAGS Advisory Board, which recommends policies, develops procedures, and advances priorities for the coordination, implementation, enhancement, and assessment of the FLAGS initiative. This Board is comprised of individuals from all seven IU campuses who serve in a range of roles.
- The Office of Completion and Student Success (OCSS), which manages the day-to-day operations for FLAGS, and facilitates communication and decision-making between collaborating stakeholders.
